General Terms and Conditions The company Nahta Tours and Travel GmbH provides a portal for online booking of trans trips with taxis on the website: https://www.europetour.at/. Input and output functions, with the corresponding explanation, are available for price determination and subsequent transfer booking. The function is only available on the Internet, for which the user has to have an Internet connection at his own expense. Nahta Tours and Travel GmbH assumes no liability for the functionality of Internet connections or disruptions to the website.
Acceptance of the offer The prerequisite for a binding transfer offer by the company is the correct and complete address with the correct city, postal code, street and house number, as well as information relevant to the execution of the order. The calculated transfer offer is accepted by the user/passenger directly by sending the booking and accepting these terms and conditions and is considered an order. This order is considered accepted by the company if acceptance is confirmed in writing, by email or WhatsApp 00436641540698 within 6 hours. Nahta Tours Vienna remains bound to this confirmed order until the service is provided, for a maximum of 3 months from the date of the order. Provided that no order/price changes or circumstances relating to the execution of the order have arisen in the meantime that were not expressly ordered or communicated in writing and confirmed by Naht Tours. The journey from several addresses or detours for errands and intermediate stops must be specified when ordering and will increase the fare depending on the time and distance. All prices in offers and orders include the applicable VAT of currently 10% for trips to be carried out in Austria. For journey bookings that are not to be carried out in Austria, 10% VAT will also be charged and shown.
Order cancellation and order changes The client can cancel the order free of charge or change the order contents up to 2 hours before the booked service time. Cancellations or changes up to 30 minutes before the booked service time oblige the client to pay a cancellation/change fee amounting to 50% of the agreed fare. After that, the cancellation/change fee is 100% of the agreed fare. This also applies to flight data changes or changes that become necessary due to incorrect order information. Cancellations or changes must be made in writing (email/Whatsapp) and will be confirmed by the company. If the client does not appear at agreed addresses or agreed airport meeting points, or if the journey is not started due to the client not making agreed contact, 100% of the agreed fare will be charged as a cancellation fee, plus the waiting time incurred.
Fare payment and other settlement of claims from Naht Tours and Travel GmbH.
The agreed fare IS, reduced as a cash discount price and is due immediately against receipt and payable in cash after the service has been provided, and Nahta Tours or its representative.
To determine the business connection, each invoice bears the corresponding order or booking number. Dear Varsand the invoice is sent exclusively as a PDF attachment to emails office@europetour.at. If the invoice is requested to be forwarded by post, the company charges a postage and processing fee of €1.00 per invoice dispatch. The company provides the relevant bank details on invoices for payment transfers. Payment to the account details provided must be made free of charge and fees. This particularly applies to transfers from abroad.
